Key Responsibilities

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Oversee a team of build engineers, setting standards for software development, delivering innovative solutions, and ensuring day-to-day operational excellence.

Drive Operational Excellence: Monitor metrics, report trends, and innovate on operational workflows to provide fast turnaround for internal customers and drive the reliability and scale of our production build operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization on complex integration efforts, including software, hardware, localization, QA, and project management teams.

Strategic Planning and Execution: Engage in planning compute, storage, and headcount for operational support, determine engineering priorities, and resource engineering efforts in collaboration with project management teams.

Essential Qualifications
