Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. Your role will involve providing product education, handling a wide variety of questions, and ensuring a world-class customer experience. Pay Range and Schedule

The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00, depending on your skills and experience. You will work a schedule of Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST, with opportunities for flexibility and growth.
