**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
* Providing exceptional support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and working cross-functionally to help evolve our platform
* Collaborating with our team to ensure a positive and delightful day-to-day experience for every user leveraging our platform
* Answering intercoms, troubleshooting, and working cross-functionally to help grow our community of thousands of passionate veterinary professionals
* Staying up-to-date with the latest features and developments on our platform, and providing feedback to our development team
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience
* 2 Year Associate's Degree or 4 Year College Degree
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
* Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
* Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
* A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
* A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Tech/start-up work experience is a plus, but not required
* Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms is strongly preferred
