We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our team as a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Specialist. As an FNOL Representative I, you will be responsible for providing top-notch inbound communication services while recording First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims, which are crucial for reporting damage to our clients' property.
