Job Overview
This is a fully remote, 6-month contract position with a high likelihood of becoming permanent. As a Remote Outbound Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to potential new members, explaining the benefits of our services, and signing them up for packages that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, and strong organizational abilities will be essential in driving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make an average of 70+ high-volume outbound calls per day to potential new members, educating them about the benefits of our health and wellness services
- Follow a call script while maintaining a natural and engaging tone, ensuring that each interaction is personalized and effective
- Set up packages of appointments with Registered Dietitians, addressing any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition
- Escalate any issues to the team leader as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to resolving challenges efficiently
- Work independently in a remote environment, maintaining high levels of productivity, motivation, and organization
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working remotely in a customer service, outbound sales, or outbound support role
- Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling role, with the ability to make 75+ calls per day without compromising quality or getting burned out
- Experience using a MacBook or iMac (Apple laptop/Desktop) in a professional work environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities
- Ability to work independently but efficiently from home, with reliable personal computer/laptop running Windows 11 or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively in both languages
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with Zendesk or Athena Health, demonstrating familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and healthcare technology
- Proficient in Google Suite applications, with the ability to leverage digital tools to enhance productivity and collaboration
