**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Connecting with Customers**: Engage with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns.
* **Escalating/Transferring/Completing Conference Calls**: Escalate, transfer, or complete conference calls with banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more.
* **Calmly Resolving and De-escalating Issues**: Remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult customer situations.
* **Tracking Call-Related Information**: Record and track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing Feedback on Call Issues**: Share feedback on call issues to improve our processes and customer experiences.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Bilingual Spanish/English**: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
* **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Age**: You must be at least 18 years old.
* **Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
* **Call Center Experience**: 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
* **Typing Speed**: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: You must be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
* **Proven Communication Skills**: You must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: You must be able to think logically and solve problems effectively.
* **Availability**: You must be available to work various shifts.
* **Windows Operating System**: You must be able to use Windows operating systems.
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: You must be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
* **Ability to Work Independently**: You must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* **Strong Listening Skills**: You must be able to listen attentively to customers and respond accordingly.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you will need:
