Job Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Customer Support Associate who is bilingual in Dutch to join our Starlink team. As an early member of the Customer Support team, you will be the face of Starlink to our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional overall experience. Your role will be crucial in triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues, analyzing trends, identifying gaps, and designing simple, effective support interventions that improve our customers' experience.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a pay range of $24.00/hour to $27.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You'll also be eligible for long-term incentives, such as company stock, stock options, or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes access to medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks.
