About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language, which in this case is French and English. You will help customers resolve basic technical issues, track and document information in databases, and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
