• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)

• Utilize strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge to efficiently manage customer interactions

Qualifications and Requirements

• The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
• 1+ year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
