**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Ground Services, you will be responsible for:
* Noting CALLS FROM CANADA/US: Answering incoming calls from Canadian and U.S. clients regarding their FTNC-FXG freedom receipt and directing them to the suitable FTNC division or FedEx OPCO for resolution.
* Investigating questions in regards to FTNC clearances for FXG brings into Canada, and answering clients with a goal.
* PROCESS Mastercard Installments: Processing Mastercard payments from clients, ensuring that Visa payment is approved and not declined.
* Logging installment accurately against the receipt in FTNC accounting system.
* Liaising with clients directly in the event of installment handling issues, such as wrong charge card number, mistaken expiry date, or declined installment.
* Examining and answering clients on any issues connected with credit installment got and liaising with FTN Record Receivable Office to determine issues.
* Helping the charging division in planning of credit notes for FTNC solicitations in question goal.
**Inside Client Service:**
* Upholding FedEx Express Client support Agents on questions connected with - FXG shipments in customs leeway delay or FTNC freedom receipt that client has gotten in mail.
* Sorting and relating Low Worth Shipment (LVS) Archive for the purpose of mailing.
* Answering questions from other OPCOs.
* Planning FTNC solicitations to ship off clients, as required.
* Performing other duties as alloted by the Manager.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree
* Excellent communication skills in both French and English
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to connect with a large number of clients and representatives
* Working knowledge of MS Office, Standpoint, IBM AS 400 Centralized computer application framework, and office equipment (fax machine/scanners/printers/scanners)
* Secondary School Certificate required
