About the Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Beyond Finance, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients enrolled in our financial hardship programs. You will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and connecting our Sales and Operations teams. - Analyze client problems through effective listening and provide timely and efficient solutions
- Employ strong interpersonal skills to handle difficult calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Thoroughly document request outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
- Work efficiently and effectively to resolve client requests independently and as part of a team
- Develop and maintain positive client relations, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and appropriate handling of client requests and questions
- Utilize our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to obtain and extract information, document client interactions, and update client accounts
- Handle a high volume of client interactions in a remote call center environment
