About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise

- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a professional and courteous manner
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Upsell products or services when required to meet sales targets and promote customer satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- English and Spanish speaking/fluent required to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment and collaborate with colleagues and managers through digital channels
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support
- Over 18 years of age and high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate Windows operating systems with ease
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and outside the box
- Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home successfully, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
