As a key member of the customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive top-notch support and service, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with professionalism and empathy. About the Role In this hybrid role, you will work from the Nashville, TN office three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. As a Bilingual Affiliate Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish, handling a high volume of affiliate contacts and inquiries via telephone and email. Your exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal candidate for this position.
