Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required for all levels, providing a foundation for further education and training.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center preferred, with healthcare customer service experience strongly preferred, to ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and industry standards.
- Due to Department of Defense (DoD) contract requirements, the incumbent who fills this position must be a US citizen and must also pass a background check, demonstrating a commitment to national security and compliance.
