Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Lead engaging and interactive Boot Camps for high school students, focusing on test preparation and strategies for success
Deliver high-quality instruction, using our proven curriculum and materials, to support students in achieving their best possible test scores
Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, fostering a growth mindset and encouraging students to reach their full potential
Provide individualized feedback and support to students, helping them to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted strategies for success
Collaborate with our team to continuously improve and refine our test preparation programs, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of education and student support

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Comfortable with high school level Math and English, with a strong understanding of test preparation principles and strategies
No teaching certification required, but experience in education or a related field is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as we strive to support students from diverse backgrounds and linguistic profiles
Test prep experience is preferred, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role
Positive attitude, engaging presentation style, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students and colleagues
