**Job Summary**
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Representatives at JFK International Airport. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to domestic and international airlines, ensuring a safe and secure travel experience for passengers
* Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas within the airport
* Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport and develop a deep understanding of airport operations
* Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience
* Develop problem-solving skills and make quick and rational decisions in dynamic and fast-paced environments
* Communicate effectively with high-profile passengers, airline personnel, and other stakeholders

**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 18 years of age
* High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
* Eligible to work in the United States
* English proficient, with other languages a plus
* Computer savvy and familiar with airport operations
