Job Responsibilities: Driving Success with Adobe Experience Platform
As a Principal Architect, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), you will be instrumental in driving the development, configuration, and maintenance of the Adobe Experience Platform. Your role will involve providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with IT and other teams to align tech requirements and implementations.
- Oversee and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Constant CDP to address business issues.
- Support new developments, configurations, and maintenance on the platform.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams regarding the segmentation building and RT-CDP platform.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to align tech requirements and implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform.
- Lead regular reviews to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.
- Drive instructional courses to upskill internal teams on the effective use of the platform.
- Collaborate with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to negotiate product enhancements and workarounds.

- Strong technical skills, especially with Adobe Experience Platform or similar.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Postgraduate education in Business, Computer Science, Information Science, or related fields.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms, such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms like Salesforce C360 or Segment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex enterprise-level platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of data management and data governance best practices.
- Related experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital business environment, preferably with a focus on customer experience optimization.
