Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Arrange domestic and international travel.
• Track and prioritize critical projects and business activities.
• Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events.
• Organize meetings and calls with business partners.
• Process expense reports in compliance with company policies.
• Assist with office tasks like catering, room booking, and general queries.
• Maintain updated distribution lists.
• Handle multiple priorities in an evolving environment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level Executive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Apps, Concur, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Dependability, punctuality, and responsiveness to feedback.
• Independent, proactive, and initiative-taking.
• Professional decision-making based on role knowledge.
• Accuracy and thoroughness in work, ensuring quality.
• Effective multitasking capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork when needed; high degree of tact.
Benefits
• Base hourly pay range for this position is $40-$55 per hour.
