As an External Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our external content creation teams, creating reference materials and training programs, and solving complex issues with our tools and workflows. You will be the bridge between our content teams and our tools engineering team, and will work closely with both groups to ensure that our content is of the highest quality.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You should be able to read and understand C# code, and have experience supporting a live service or tool environment. You should also have a positive attitude and be able to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback.
