Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate patient counseling and administrative support to our patients and customers. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of prescriptions, as well as provide exceptional customer service and support. - Ensuring the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations, company policies, and standards
- Maintaining current knowledge of pharmacy systems, including workflow, prescription fulfillment, billing, and clinical documentation
