- Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry and recordkeeping, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Provide support to other team members as needed, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred, although we're open to talented individuals with potential.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed, and strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy while working quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and willingness to learn new systems and tools as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of data management principles and practices, and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based productivity tools and software, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
