Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline, such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance.
- At least 3 years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in analysis software and applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience or coursework with SAFE Agile.
- Experience with requirements gathering, probability and statistics, TSQL/PLSQL, Python or R, mathematical modeling, and discrete data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, Python/R, automation, revenue data, and basic accounting knowledge.
