About the Revenue Team

Team Revenue drives the Growth of Gorilla consisting of Marketing, Market Development, Partnerships, and the Sales function. Working collaboratively across the functions, and the regions, we drive Gorillas expansion and growth. Consisting of a highly motivated team spread across the globe we continuously work closely with our prospective customers to demonstrate the value Gorilla can bring their organisations.

Where and how you'd work

Our flagship office is in Antwerp. We also have a office in London and co-working spaces in Reading (UK), Austin (US), Melbourne (ANZ). This is a Remote First role based in Europe. You have a choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

With a focus on the DACH region, you will be expected to travel across the region.

The role

You will drive our expansion in DACH, one of four key strategic markets for Gorilla. This role is suited to someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, potentially for someone with an ambition to start their own company - you’ll learn a lot about both building a scale-up and executing a go-to-market strategy.

We are looking for someone who wants to take charge and play a pivotal role in moving Gorilla from a newcomer in the DACH region to become the market leader, with the market share to prove it. Working closely with the go-to-market and executive teams you will drive our strategy and have a significant input into product development for the market.

The role will be focused on generating pipeline and closing deals within a dedicated sales pod consisting of a business development representative, field marketer, and solution consultant, in addition you’ll be further supported by the product, delivery, and executive teams.

You will own the territory, being the key voice in defining the territory plan and leading the account planning efforts that enable pipeline generation. You’ll execute on new and existing pipeline adopting a multi-threaded and consultative approach that highlights the value we bring our customers.

To enable your success you’ll benefit from a comprehensive tech stack including Hubspot, Sales Navigator, Asana, Salesloft, etc.

You would report to Tommy Mörtberg - Head of Sales EMEA.
