Project Management & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all civil engineering aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
Prepare detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and monitor progress against timelines
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety standards, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and coordinate with project teams to achieve project objectives
Municipality Compliance & Documentation
Primary Responsibility:
Obtain and manage all necessary municipality approvals, permits, and NOCs (No Objection Certificates)
Prepare and submit technical drawings, calculations, and documentation required for municipality submissions
Liaise effectively with municipal authorities, attend meetings, and address any compliance issues promptly
Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and municipality bylaws
Manage the final inspection process and obtain completion certificates from relevant municipality departments
Technical Supervision & Quality Control
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies
Conduct quality control inspections and testing of construction materials and workmanship
Identify and resolve technical issues, providing engineering solutions to construction challenges
Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and maintain accurate project documentation
Safety & Environmental Compliance
Implement and monitor site safety protocols in accordance with municipality and company standards
Ensure environmental compliance and sustainable construction practices
Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to prevent accidents and ensure worker welfare
