Job Overview: E-commerce Customer Service Assistant
As an E-commerce Customer Service Assistant at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer interactions across Amazon and Shopify platforms. This contract-to-hire position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent individual who can thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. While training and SOPs will be provided, we're a rapidly moving company with high expectations, and we're looking for someone who can keep up with our pace.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, such as order status updates, using templated messages via Email, Amazon, Live Chat, and Text Message, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Customer Communication: Send text messages to customers at 5:30 PM UK time to inform them of multiple package deliveries using our SMS service, enhancing their overall experience.
- Review Management: Flag negative reviews, A to Z claims, and chargebacks, and add them to a spreadsheet across UK and EU markets, enabling proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Other Opportunities: Depending on your level of experience, you'll have the scope to expand your role to cover other aspects of the business, including growth of Amazon and Shopify platforms, providing a clear path for career growth and development.
Requirements: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms, with a deep understanding of e-commerce customer service best practices.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.
