JOB DESCRIPTION
Dog Academy is an established contact center hiring remote sales agents to join our growing team for a training class on September 1st, 2025.
If you have previous experience in collection, auto sales, insurance, or cold calling, then you will be a perfect fit! We require a minimum of 2 years of contact center SALES experience along with intermediate computer skills.
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $15.00/hour plus an uncapped commission opportunity, with our top earners making thousands in commission payouts monthly. This job can be done remotely from any location in the following states: LA, GA, FL, TX, MS, KY, RI, NC, and AL.

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS:
This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek - you'll work four 10-hour shifts (40 hours total) and three days off each week.
Dog Academy is open 7 days a week; therefore, your off days will be assigned based on the business needs. Days off may fall on weekdays, weekends, or a mix of both. While we do our best to provide consistency, we cannot guarantee that all three days off will be consecutive.
