Overview of Global Program Management and Digital Transformation Leadership
We are introducing a new key leadership position responsible for leading high-impact global program management and spearheading digital transformation initiatives. This role will be central to shaping and executing E3’s most complex digital programs across diverse client portfolios. Through strategic leadership and operational excellence, you will ensure consistency, quality, and innovation throughout the digital transformation journey at E3.
Main Responsibilities in Global Program Management and Digital Transformation
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-disciplinary digital transformation programs across global client accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable value creation.
- Develop and refine scalable program management methodologies and best practices that drive project success and continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, identifying transformation opportunities and enabling digital maturity in client organizations.
- Oversee project portfolios, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation to secure delivery of complex digital solutions on time and within scope.
- Collaborate closely with digital governance, technology, product, and business teams to ensure cross-functional coordination and high performance.
- Champion change management and organizational readiness initiatives to accelerate technology adoption and digital culture shifts for clients.
- Monitor program progress and KPIs, providing transparent reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
- Represent E3 in client meetings, executive forums, and industry events related to global program management, digital transformation, and innovation leadership.
Essential Experience and Skills for Successful Digital Transformation Leadership
- 10+ years of cumulative experience in program management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder digital initiatives, preferably within global or multi-site environments.
- Strong understanding of program management tools, project lifecycle management, and methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or PMBOK.
- Experience driving digital transformation roadmaps, technology integration, and change management at the enterprise level.
- Proven track record fostering relationships with executive and client stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of innovation management, technology trends, and digital business models.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent); Master’s degree or certifications (PMP, PgMP, Prosci, SAFe, etc.) considered strong assets.
