A company is looking for a Director of Email Marketing Acquisition & Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for acquisition email, focusing on segmentation, testing, and personalization to increase conversion
• Evaluate program performance and partner with BI to translate insights into actionable strategies and optimizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of email strategies
Required Qualifications
• 6-8+ years in B2C email or lifecycle marketing with a focus on acquisition and conversion strategy
• Deep expertise in segmentation, personalization, journey design, and testing methodology
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in digital analytics and visualization tools (GA4, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience partnering with technical teams and providing strategic direction without hands-on involvement
• Exceptional project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively
