What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Collaborate with engagement leaders, teammates, and client stakeholders to design and implement enterprise technology solutions
• Support engagement delivery, project coordination, and solution development through disciplined execution and analysis

• Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in dynamic environments while delivering high-quality work
• Solve complex business and technology challenges, translating ideas into actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, and troubleshooting issues
• 1-2+ years of experience owning project workstreams with minimal supervision
• At least 2+ years of experience with Oracle Student Financial Aid or in a college/university financial aid office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate results and issues effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Prior technical experience with Oracle Cloud or integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud, AWS, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft
• Ability to creatively solve complex problems with strong critical thinking skills
• Experience as a functional application specialist
• Strong analytical skills with hands‑on expertise in cloud‑based enterprise solutions
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for client engagements
