Join Multiverse as a DevOps Instructor to deliver technical content across our Level 4 DevOps apprenticeship programme. You will support apprentices in growing their understanding of DevOps principles and practices through workshops and drop-in sessions. As part of our delivery team, you will be responsible for facilitating delivery sessions, adhering to quality frameworks, and creating a motivating environment for apprentice learning.
Requirements
- Exceptional written and on-camera communication and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to engage business audiences, including leaders
- Ability to skillfully adjust communication approaches to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in an online classroom setting
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation, or implementing monitoring and logging solutions
- Industry experience applying DevOps principles to create efficient, scalable, and reliable software delivery pipelines in a business context
- Seasoned professional with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; ideally in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Software Development roles with a strong focus on CI/CD
