About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team in the Hong Kong market. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes for our new customers. Your expertise and passion for customer service will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through daily interactions with our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer queries received via phone, email, fax, or post, ensuring prompt and accurate responses that meet our high standards of customer service.
- Process charge/credit card applications for new or existing customers, ensuring efficient and accurate decision-making that meets our risk, compliance, and fraud criteria.
- Multitask and efficiently navigate through multiple systems to analyze customer information during the application process, making informed decisions that benefit our customers and the business.
- Document necessary application information and recommend solutions that benefit the application decision, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible outcomes.
- Take on an on-job-training (OJT) support role for new hires, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them develop their skills and confidence in their roles.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, with a deep understanding of the core principles of relationship care and a passion for building strong customer relationships.
- Effective and accurate decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex information, identify risks, and make informed decisions that meet our business objectives.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience in a similar role or industry.
- Language proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (both read, verbal, and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
