Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the school building, including classrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas
• Perform routine custodial tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash and recyclables
• Ensure the school is secure and safe by locking doors, setting alarms, and reporting any maintenance or security issues
• Collaborate with other custodial staff to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects and equipment
• Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule, 10PM - 6AM
