About the position
Responsibilities
• Collect and review PEO health and benefits new business prospect applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and validate client data, working with sales, broker, and implementation teams to ensure accurate documentation collection.
• Structure PEO deals in CRM and perform due diligence on customer onboarding requirements.
• Handle and collect PEO health and benefits applications, ensuring compliance with federal/state/local guidelines.
• Manage client expectations and internal communications, maintaining strong relationships.
• Gather and review new hire packets, benefit enrollment forms, and payroll information to ensure timely onboarding.
• Facilitate problem resolutions for client employees by partnering with appropriate departments.
• Work independently to resolve challenges and provide creative solutions to sales issues.
• Demonstrate organizational skills by multi-tasking, setting priorities, and following up in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations to ADP leadership on best practices and training based on client feedback.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in business operations, customer operations, or sales operations.
• Experience in customer success or onboarding operations is a plus.
