What You Will Do:

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (including engineering, operations, and customer service) to investigate and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Data Organization & Categorization: Assist in the organization, categorization, and documentation of data to enhance accessibility, usability, and searchability.
- Process Improvement Champion: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing data management efficiency and accuracy.
- Data Quality Reporting: Assist in generating reports on data quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain Data Security & Compliance: Adhere to strict data security protocols and privacy regulations to protect sensitive information.
- Documentation & Training: Assist in creating and maintaining data documentation and training materials for new team members.
What You'll Bring:
- Educational Foundation: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision in data entry tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Independent Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and proactively solving problems.
