Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, delivering data-driven solutions that meet their needs.
- Explore and analyze data using various programming languages, database structures, and analytical tools to identify trends and insights.
- Develop technical documentation that adheres to professional standards, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Research and analyze data flow across our data ecosystem, including operational and analytical platforms.
- Provide expert support to stakeholders, addressing data-related questions and issues.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive actionable insights, recommending business-appropriate solutions.
- Participate in designing, developing, validating, and delivering data insights that inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field. Alternatively, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Successful completion of an internship in data analytics.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.

- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in analytical tools, languages, applications, and platforms.
