About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support Representative who is available to work night and weekend shifts and is within commuting distance to our Coppell, TX facility. Although this is a remote position, you'll be required to attend a half-day onsite onboarding and occasional future visits to our Coppell facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, and phone support, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Assist customers with setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and ecommerce platforms.
- Maintain customer accounts, perform related duties, and stay up-to-date on customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and ecommerce platforms to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

- Previous experience in customer support or a related field, particularly in ecommerce or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
- Experience with printing, warehousing, or fulfillment operations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in a second language, which can be beneficial in serving our diverse customer base.
