About the Role

The Customer Service Specialist is an entry-level position that involves assisting with customer service inquiries and providing solutions based on client needs. As a key member of our Customer Service function, you'll analyze the best course of action to resolve client issues, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Effectively utilize various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries, demonstrating technical proficiency.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of specific groups of blithequark products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest offerings.
• Analyze and identify potential risks, and identify solutions that meet client needs while minimizing operating loss.
• Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner, meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Solve disputes and retain clients by adhering to established rules and regulations, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills.
• Provide an exceptional client experience by fulfilling clients' necessities, measured by specific metrics and performance standards.
• Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for blithequark's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-3 years of work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
• Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with a proven track record of resolving issues effectively.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and provide excellent customer service.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency.
• A proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently, staying organized and focused.

Education

A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this role.

After training, you may have the option to participate in our Home Office Program, where you'll work from home as long as you're performing in role, have proper working conditions, and the required technology.
