The Customer Service Specialist is an entry-level position that involves assisting with customer service inquiries and providing solutions based on client needs. The initial training for this role will take place onsite at 9060 S Rita Road, Tucson, AZ. After training, you may have the option to participate in our Home Office Program, where you'll work from home as long as you're performing in role, have proper working conditions, and the required technology.
