Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance
- Manage registration and payment processes for events and leagues with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate event details, rules, and schedules to participants in a clear and professional manner
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records and data
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to continuously improve our services and processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sports or event management setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
