A company is looking for a Digital Consulting Architect, CRM.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary technical authority for CRM and workflow transformation initiatives, leading architectural discussions and solution reviews
• Lead architecture and functional design for CSM, FSM, and SOM implementations, ensuring alignment with business strategy and platform best practices
• Conduct technical assessments and define future-state roadmaps for customer and service operations while mentoring cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or solution architecture, with a focus on complex platform implementations and integrations
• At least 2 years of experience in enterprise architecture or large-scale transformation initiatives
• Strong functional and technical expertise in CSM, FSM, and/or SOM, preferably in B2B, Manufacturing, or Telecommunications environments
• Deep knowledge of architecture principles, integration frameworks, and modern web technologies
• ServiceNow certifications or equivalent certifications from other CRM ecosystems are required within designated timelines
