Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC), a state-of-the-art 456-bed teaching medical center, is seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses and Critical Care Registered Nurse Trainees to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) team. As a Critical Care RN, you will plan, evaluate, and implement patient care according to accepted standards of practice. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the SICU setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise in critical care
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- One year of full-time equivalent experience as a licensed registered nurse (Critical Care RN Trainee)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Arrhythmia Class, and NIH Stroke Scale Certification (Critical Care RN)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Experience in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit
