We are a property investment consultancy based in Central London. We currently have a live landing page with strong, professionally written copy produced by a direct response copywriter. However, the page was built by a web designer who was not a CRO specialist, and as a result the overall structure, flow, and user journey do not perform as well as they should.
The copy is strong. The problem is execution.
This project is focused on redesigning the landing page from a Conversion Rate Optimisation perspective to materially improve conversions while preserving and enhancing the existing copy.
This is not a branding or visual refresh. It is a performance driven CRO project.
Scope of Work
CRO led redesign of an existing live landing page
Re structure the page flow and user journey from top to bottom
Improve information hierarchy, CTA clarity, and attention flow
Reduce friction and strengthen trust signals throughout the page
Create a fully mobile optimised, mobile first version
Ensure consistency of conversion intent across desktop and mobile
The landing page is live and ready to be worked on. We are looking to start immediately and move fast.
Who This Is For
You must have genuine Conversion Rate Optimisation experience alongside strong web design skills.
You should be comfortable working with copy written by a specialist copywriter and know how to design around strong messaging rather than rewrite it.
You should be able to clearly explain why sections are placed where they are, how users are guided through the page, and how your design choices influence behaviour.
Experience with lead generation landing pages is essential. Experience in property, finance, or investment niches is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
CRO Proof Requirement
To apply, you must provide 1 to 2 examples of landing pages or funnels you have worked on that demonstrate CRO led design thinking.
For each example, please include:
A live link or clear visual reference
Your role in the project
The conversion problem you were solving
The CRO driven changes you made
The reasoning behind those changes
Results where available such as conversion rate improvements
