Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user content across various formats (images, text, and videos) according to set guidelines and policies.
- Analyze content for violations such as hate speech, bullying, adult content, and misinformation.
- Take swift, decisive action on flagged content to either approve or escalate it for further review.
- Identify trends in content and flag emerging issues that may require updated policies.
- Collaborate with other moderators and team leads to refine moderation processes and standards.
- Provide feedback on platform tools and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
What You'll Need to Succeed:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
- Comfort with reviewing sensitive or explicit content.
