Duties • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and services. • Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and follow up with potential clients. • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage client relationships and track sales activities. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities and create targeted marketing campaigns. • Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach prospective clients and nurture existing relationships. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about properties. • Analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market conditions, technology sales, and industry developments. Requirements • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or technical sales environments. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. • Experience in marketing, business development, or inside sales is a plus. • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies. • A customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills. • A passion for real estate and a desire to learn about the industry is essential.
