Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions to their concerns.
- Escalation Management: Deal with escalated payment issues, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure timely collection of statements and other documentation necessary for servicing, while adhering to changing guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications:
To succeed as a Client Services Representative, you'll need:

- Debt Settlement Knowledge: Familiarity with debt settlement products and services is a plus.
