Personal Wealth Strategies is a well-established wealth management firm seeking a talented and professional Client Service Associate to join their fast-paced team. The role involves preparing client meeting agendas, documenting client interactions, and providing support to advisors and clients while maintaining records in CRM and portfolio management software.
Responsibilities
- Prepare client meeting agendas, gather client data, and prepare reports
- Attend and take notes during client meetings
- Document, track, and execute client meeting tasks, including follow-up with client
- Maintain records in our CRM (Redtail) and portfolio management software
- Enter client data into MoneyGuide platform and build preliminary plans under the guidance of the advisors
- Provide support to the advisors and clients as needed
- Assist where needed – we are a small team, we cross-train, and we all wear multiple hats
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning/investment management
- Detail oriented and able to manage your own time and tasks
- Problem solving and resourcefulness
- “Client Service Plus” work style
- Experience using Money Guide Pro/eMoney and/or Redtail CRM are a plus, but not required
- Licenses - Not required at hire but must be willing to obtain Series 7 and Life & Health
