Location: Sanford, Florida

Hours; Monday- Friday 6:30PM-10:30PM

The position requires excellent communication skills, an organized individual with the ability to properly problem solve and keep a clear mind while working in a fast-paced environment. Area Manager to oversee our operations in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with top notch leadership skills and a strong ability and to effectively lead a team.Hours range between 10-34 hours weeklyMust have open availabilityMust have valid license and proof of vehicle insurance

Must have own reliable transportation (This position does not have a company vehicle)

Should be only full-time position; this position requires time, dedication and attention

Must have basic understanding of the Commercial Cleaning & Maintenance Industry.

**Responsibilities: **

- Manage and supervise multiple locations, employees, supervisors and supply inventory within the designated area

- Provide leadership, effectively communicate with teams and guide the team to ensure, quality, operational excellence and safety and compliance of company policy.

- Conduct regular site visits to work, assess performance and compliance

- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning initiatives

- Implement strategic plans to achieve company goals

- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

**Experience: **

-Excellent leadership and supervisory capabilities

- Strong background in process improvement & communication.

-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively

- Strategic planning skills with a focus on team development
