IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Care Navigator - Certified Biller to join our team on a remote basis. As a critical member of our Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) organization, you will play a vital role in providing payment assistance solutions to patients in need of available therapies. This is a contract role with the opportunity to be converted to a full-time employee.

Job Responsibilities
As a Care Navigator - Certified Biller, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving medical claims from healthcare providers (HCPs) or patients and vetting them against program-specific business rules to determine if the claim should be paid or rejected
- Ensuring adequate supporting documentation has been provided and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and CMS1500 forms
- Providing support to customers via telephone, email, fax, or other available means of contact to the Support Center
- Recognizing operational challenges and suggesting recommendations to management as necessary
- Working 40 hours per week under moderate supervision
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Active Medical Billing Certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience in claim processing and medical billing
- Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and CMS1500 forms
- HIPAA training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Infusion or Hospital Billing Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Pharmacy Technician experience
