A Recruiting BEAST / Team Leader / Manager • *FULLY REMOTE POSTION** MUST HAVE • Prior experience with care coordination or full dental case management • Minimum 2-4 years of office-based administrative support in dental • High-Volume outbound calls experience ============================ Summary of Role: The Dental Care Management Coordinator provides support to Medicaid members who have dental needs and medical co-morbidities by coordinating care, assisting with benefits navigation, and addressing barriers to access. This is a high-volume outreach role requiring strong administrative, communication, and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to members and respond to inquiries. • Educate members on dental benefits, rights, and responsibilities. • Confirm case management criteria and coordinate dental appointments. • Follow established scripts while adapting to individual member needs. • Document all interactions and outcomes in the HSP (Health Solutions Plus) system. • Communicate with internal departments (e.g., Provider Relations, Member Services, Grievances) and external entities (dental offices, PCPs, transportation vendors, state agencies). • Support additional business needs and assist other departments as needed. • Perform case follow-ups and ensure timely turnaround on all documentation. Required Qualifications Education: High School diploma or GED required. Experience: · Minimum 2-4 years of office-based administrative support in dental · Prior experience with care coordination or full case management Skills & Systems Tools • Strong knowledge of medical and/or dental terminology. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many daily calls. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. • Ability to quickly learn and use internal systems such as HSP. • Clear written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail. • The ability to transcribe and compose accurate responses and case notes. • Able to work independently and with remote teams.
