The Business Development Specialist role involves managing deliverables and documentation during the Proof of Concept and Implementation phases, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary tracker for all items owed to and from partners during the POC phase
- Manage a high volume of deliverables, ensuring every item is accounted for and delivered on time
- Maintain the 'master source of truth' for all active integrations
- Run the administrative engine of the partnership, ensuring that meeting notes are translated into immediate tasks and that every stakeholder knows exactly what they owe next
- Act as the daily connective tissue between iSpot’s Product/Engineering teams and the partner’s technical staff
- Proactively follow up on outstanding hurdles to ensure the 'next step' is always identified and assigned
- Create and maintain standardized 'Integration Folders' for every partner
- Be responsible for the accuracy of partner-facing onboarding materials and internal enablement resources
- Ensure that once a POC is successful, all documentation is handed off seamlessly to the Enablement team to support a full market launch
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, partner success, or project management within the CTV, programmatic, or AdTech space
- Exceptional organizational skills with a 'get-it-done' mentality; you are comfortable managing multiple workstreams and ensuring no 'next steps' fall through the cracks
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across teams, fostering strong interpersonal relationships
