Job Description: • Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain transformations • Crafting strategies that optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business value • Using data to inform decisions through sophisticated analytics • Driving multi-functional alignment and collaborating with diverse teams • Shaping the future of technology and contributing to Cisco's supply chain evolution • Developing and refining the strategic roadmap for the optics manufacturing business unit • Identifying, mapping, and analyzing key business capabilities • Designing, documenting, and optimizing business processes related to optical module builds • Implementing industry standards to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs • Collaborating with IT teams for technology infrastructure alignment • Ensuring effective data management practices • Working closely with R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, and Business Operations teams • Developing and supervising key performance indicators Requirements: • +10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is required • 5+ years of experience in business architecture, business transformation or related field • Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry-specific technologies • Documented experience in leading systems implementations and/or integrations • Experience using and supporting multiple ERP modules: manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, BOMs, Routes, work orders, procurement, master data • Experience in enabling and supporting B2B manufacturing, procurement, and inventory transactions with partners, OSATs, and 3PLs • Expert proficiency in communication and facilitation at a working and executive level • Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives and collaboration with partners and suppliers Benefits: • medical, dental and vision insurance • 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution • paid parental leave • short and long-term disability coverage • basic life insurance • 10 paid holidays per full calendar year • 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees • 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday • paid year-end holiday shutdown • 4 paid days off for personal wellness • 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year for non-exempt employees • flexible vacation time off program for exempt employees • 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date • additional paid time away for family issues • 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer Apply Now Apply Now
